We enjoyed the challenge this week. We had never made biscotti, but we love them so we’re happy to give it a go. Ours turned out very nicely we think. – Deborah
I really liked our biscotti, but that isn’t really a surprise since I love all cookies XD. Instead of doing hazelnut, we did almond. I think it is probably just as good as it would have been with hazelnut, if not better. It was a very good recipe. -Barney

Look at your biscotti! They look great!
Julia’s biscotti is amazingly delicious… a winner!
I’ve tripled the dough at the very beginning to make 3 version and loved them all (too much)!
Besides I am so glad to have learned the technique of blanching almonds and hazelnuts…it’s very handy!
well done on the baking project! I am sure they turned out nicely!
Lovely!
Love seeing that big tray of perfect biscotti!
Thank you! We were pleasantly surprised. We often bake the next TWD recipe in the off week in case we need to try again, but this one was yummy and pretty.
Nice job! These were delicious. Glad to hear you enjoyed them.
Good job girls! I think almond was the way to go.
Beautiful job!
Thank you so much! We are learning so much!
Very nice, ladies!
It is never a bad thing to have a tray of cookies 🙂

We are a happy family when we have made our own cookies!
Nice job ladies!
Thanks! We have not had good luck with the Semolina Bread recipe. Will try again with a few modifications from the suggestions on TWD. http://tuesdayswithdorie.wordpress.com/2012/07/04/p-q-semolina-bread/
