Back home and trying to catch up with lectures, grading, and life. This recipe was a treat! Had to substitute coffee creamer for milk and it still turned out beautifully and so yummy! I know a recipe is a winner if people start looking at the one piece I saved for my breakfast and wondering if I really meant I was saving it.
